Job summary

Ortus PSR Ltd. in Glasgow seeks an Experienced Financial Planner to advise a portfolio of 150–250 households on investments, pensions, protection and intergenerational planning, with interactive cashflow modelling.

You will build long-term relationships through regular reviews and proactive communication, supported by adviser staff, paraplanners and ongoing CPD. A busy, client-focused environment awaits with a strong central proposition.

Qualifications

• Proven experience providing regulated financial advice
• Current SPS (Statement of Professional Standing)
• Up-to-date CPD record
• Strong knowledge of FCA regulations and financial planning standards

Responsibilities

• Provide regulated advice across investments, pensions, protection and intergenerational planning for a portfolio of circa 150–250 households
• Review clients’ circumstances and objectives using interactive cashflow modelling
• Recommend suitable solutions using a centralised investment proposition
• Prepare and present personalised financial plans and suitability reports
• Build long-term relationships through regular reviews and proactive communication
• Identify vulnerable clients and take extra care where needed
• Contribute to business growth by expanding existing client relationships and supporting marketing initiatives
