Nigel James Associates are partnered with a large and award winning financial planning company to secure an experienced Financial Planner for their London office. The role is part of succession planning taking over existing HNW clients from Senior Financial Planners/Partners retiring over the next few years. The clients are HNW with investable assets of £350k upwards. There would be an established portfolio to manage but there would also be a level of expectation to continue building out business through various channels including referrals and professional relationships.
Requirements
To be considered for the role our client is seeking an experienced Financial Planner (a minimum of 5 years plus advice experience but ideally upwards of 8 years) who is used to working with HNW clients. You will be great at forming relationships quickly gaining buy-in and trust. You will be Chartered qualified, if not working on becoming Chartered. You will polished and professional in your approach valuing the level of service you provide.
This is a unique opportunity to join an established financial planning company with a strong reputation and who are part of a national brand. You will be given full admin and paraplanning support to enable you to focus on working with clients and providing quality financial planning to existing and new clients. There is an attractive £six figure basic on offer alongside bonuses which are completely transparent and formulaic awarded for both new and existing business based on revenue and AUM. Our client is also keen to enhance and develop all employees in the business providing training and opportunities to progress your career not just in further earnings but also the ability to acquire new skills, including management training and developing specialist niche advice experience.
