You will build strong relationships, manage a team, and drive business development while ensuring high-quality outcomes.

The role emphasizes leading programmes, sustaining professional status, and maintaining strategic client networks.

Qualifications

• First level degree with 2:1 or above desirable but not compulsory.
• Accounting qualification (ACA/ACMA/ACCA) or similar.

Responsibilities

• Lead on multiple projects or programmes and manage a team with cross-divisional specialists.
• Execute projects to high quality standards and review upon completion for lessons learned.
• Build and cultivate client relationships, identify opportunities, and lead negotiations.
• Develop and maintain portfolios and networks with senior stakeholders.
• Drive business development and anticipate client industry needs.
• Manage scope, delivery, reporting and evaluation for larger engagements.
• Oversee commercial/contractual aspects, ensure profitability and deadlines.
• Communicate risks early and propose solutions.
• Monitor market trends and share insights with senior management.
• Support onboarding of new joiners and mentor junior staff.
