Job summary

NatWest Boxed in Manchester seeks a Senior Operational Readiness Associate to own financial crime readiness across the product portfolio. You will ensure compliant, robust processes and controls are embedded so every change is operationally viable and launch-ready for the Boxed platform.

You will partner with Product Managers, Domain Leads and frontline teams to map requirements, assess risks and drive scalable, efficient operations that balance customer experience and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in financial crime operational processes and controls.
• Ability to identify operational risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Proven track record bridging product vision and operational execution.
• Experience working with cross-functional squads and delivery frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead as the operational SME for NatWest Boxed's financial crime domain.
• Define and embed compliant, robust operational workflows for new launches.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Domain Leads and front-line teams to ensure readiness.
• Assess risks, dependencies and required capabilities for proposed solutions.
• Translate product propositions into clear operational requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Work with delivery squads to ensure controls, systems and processes are tested and launch-ready.
