Westminster School is seeking a Senior Financial Controller to lead the finance team and manage day-to-day financial operations for the School and related charities. The role includes month-end and year-end processes, maintaining ledgers, bank accounts, expenses system and Fixed Asset Register, with a strong control environment.

The position is onsite at Dean’s Yard, Westminster, with potential hybrid considerations after probation and during term time.

Responsibilities

• Leading the transactional accounting team to provide a responsive, efficient and customer facing transaction processing service.
• Owning the month end and year end financial accounting processes to deliver accurate and timely trial balance.
• Ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of the Purchase Requisition to Invoice Payment process and related billings.
