Job summary

Equifind is hiring a Financial Controller to lead a two-person finance team and own core financial reporting, budgeting and board-ready packs. The role covers close, controls, audits and process improvements across the group entities.

You will interact with senior management, manage intercompany activity and drive automation of financial workflows to enhance efficiency and data quality. The ideal candidate has PQE 5–8 years and experience across US/APAC regions.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years PQE experience in a senior finance role.
• Experience across US/APAC regions.
• Positive and proactive nature.
• Ability to manage a team of qualified accountants and engage senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee monthly, quarterly and annual close for group entities.
• Lead budgeting and reforecasts for senior management and finance.
• Deliver monthly/quarterly packs with commentary on risks and opportunities.
• Coordinate intercompany balances, cost allocations and group reporting adjustments.
• Own statutory audit processes and internal control framework.
• Drive automation of financial workflows and dashboards.
