Job summary

Equifind is seeking a newly qualified Finance Associate for a Soho, London-based venture capital environment. This hybrid role offers breadth across management accounting, fund reporting, and portfolio analysis, with collaboration with international teams and external accountants.

Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and strong financial controls while meeting tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Newly qualified or finalist ACA/ACCA.
• High attention to detail with a proactive approach.
• Strong communication and deadline management.

Responsibilities

• Review management accounting reports and budgets vs. actuals.
• Coordinate with external accountants for accurate reporting.
• Support review of financial statements and monthly cash flows.
• Oversee UK Accounts Payable/Receivable with a focus on automation.
• Assist with tax matters including VAT and Corporation Tax.
• Support fund reporting and portfolio analysis.
