As a member of the AMZL Finance team, you will work with data and numbers to generate insights and drive business improvements. We provide a comprehensive financial perspective to support decision-making and collaborate with partners to ensure reliable information, enabling optimal decisions for AMZL.

Key job responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Utilize Amazon Logistic metrics to identify cost-saving opportunities, linking operations and financial data, and understanding cost structures in ambiguous environments.
• Build trusted relationships with the business to influence and support tactical and strategic decisions, communicating data clearly and effectively.
• Identify risks, evaluate impacts, propose changes, and lead projects to improve processes and reports.
• Manage and oversee financial and operational planning processes, including month-end procedures like accruals and variance analysis.
• Hire, develop, and mentor team members, fostering knowledge sharing.
