Senior Financial Analyst is required for a leading Financial Services organization working in the payments space, offering a hybrid working opportunity in London. As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will take ownership of a part of the finance team responsible for the day-to-day financial operations of the client.

Responsibilities include ensuring daily processes, reconciliations, and controls are completed in compliance with regulatory requirements for safeguarding funds. The finance team is also accountable for delivering timely, complete, and accurate financial statements, regulatory and tax returns, management reporting, and financial analysis across the business.

Additional focus areas include process development, safeguarding and regulatory operations, statutory accounts and returns, as well as analysis and reporting for monthly management accounts.

This role offers scope to innovate financial operations within a global landscape and to enhance your profile in a challenging, fast-moving environment, with potential for further progression.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in finance and accounting within a regulated financial services environment.
• Proficiency in financial accounting systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Hyperion, along with financial modeling and data analysis skills.
• Experience in payment services is highly desirable, but a general background in Financial Services is essential.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, including presentation abilities and stakeholder management at all levels.
• A strong academic background in finance, accounting, or a related field; professional certifications are beneficial but not essential.

• Salary: Up to £66k + 15% OT bonus and additional benefits
• Work Arrangement: Hybrid, 2 days onsite
