Ellis James Partners Ltd in Hailsham is seeking an Executive Assistant to support one of its senior Financial Advisers. This role goes beyond a traditional EA, partnering closely to manage the Adviser’s day-to-day workload, prepare for client meetings and keep cases moving so nothing is missed.

Qualifications

• Experience in financial services, wealth management or financial planning.
• Background in paraplanning or adviser support is advantageous.
• Understand financial planning environment and client relationships.
• Proactive and able to own tasks rather than wait to be told.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Adviser's inbox and ownership of actions.
• Prepare for client meetings and ensure Adviser has what is needed.
• Attend client meetings, take notes, share outcomes with the team.
• Manage and chase the Adviser's pipeline and outstanding actions.
• Coordinate with Client Servicing and Technical Administration teams.
• Delegate tasks and monitor progress.
• Arrange presentation and follow-up meetings after paraplanning.
• Respond to client and technical queries by phone and email.
