Job summary

Universal Business Team (UBT) in Warwick is seeking a Senior Financial Accountant to own management accounting and group reporting across multiple entities. You will drive month-end processes, consolidate reporting, and support ERP improvements in NetSuite.

The role requires practice-trained qualified accounting professionals with strong IFRS knowledge and a track record of intercompany accounting within a group structure.

Qualifications

• Qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA with practice-based training.
• Experience in multi-entity or group finance environments.
• Strong month-end close and consolidated reporting capabilities.
• Proficient in intercompany accounting and IFRS reporting.
• Advanced NetSuite experience is essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead month-end close across multiple entities and prepare monthly management accounts.
• Produce consolidated financial reporting and analysis for the group.
• Manage intercompany transactions, reconciliations and eliminations.
• Ensure balance sheet integrity through detailed reconciliations and controls.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and business planning processes.
• Assist with statutory reporting and year-end audit requirements.
• Maintain compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.
• Act as NetSuite SME within the finance function.
• Support ERP optimisation and process improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with operational and finance stakeholders across the group.
