Job summary

PwC in London is seeking a Finance Transformation Senior Associate to shape and deliver large-scale finance programmes. You will partner with client stakeholders to design target operating models, enable ERP/EPM deployments (SAP S/4HANA, Oracle Cloud, Workday), and harness automation, analytics and AI to drive value.

You should have ACA (or international equivalent) and experience in management consulting and finance transformation, with strong communication across global teams.

Qualifications

• ACA qualification held (or international equivalent) and relevant consulting experience.
• Experience in core finance processes such as P2P, O2C, R2R, and FP&A with transformation involvement.
• Business analysis and/or business architecture capabilities (process mapping, modelling, systems requirements).
• Clear communication and collaboration across virtual and multicultural teams.
• Familiarity with ERP/EPM systems like SAP, Oracle, or Workday with awareness of AI and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Strategy & Operating Model Design: support finance vision and target operating models.
• Business Architecture: develop modern finance architectures aligning processes, data, technology and controls.
• Process Diagnostics & Transformation: assess current-state processes and design future-state workflows.
• Technology Enablement: contribute to ERP/EPM design and deployment and integrate automation and AI.
• Business Case & Value Realisation: help build the business case and measure benefits.
• Stakeholder Management: support delivery and maintain relationships across global stakeholders.
• Global Delivery & Collaboration: work in a global team across time zones and cultures.
• Capability Development & Knowledge Sharing: contribute to internal tooling and thought leadership.
