Job summary

AtkinsRéalis is seeking a senior Finance Systems Product Owner to lead the strategy, roadmap and governance for Oracle E-Business Suite and Oracle Fusion Financials. You will partner with Finance, architecture and external partners to deliver secure, compliant and value-driven finance solutions.

You will coach multidisciplinary teams, drive continuous improvement, and advance a product-centric operating model across ITS Finance Systems, ensuring resilience, data integrity and strong controls.

Qualifications

Experience leading large, complex Finance application estates.
Strong understanding of Oracle E-Business Suite R12 and Fusion Cloud Financials.
Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams across global operations.
Experience developing product strategies and roadmaps for Oracle tech.
Knowledge of Oracle integration patterns and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

Set strategic direction and multiyear roadmap for Oracle E-Business Suite and Finance apps estate.
Own end-to-end product lifecycle, ensuring scalable, standards-aligned solutions.
Prioritize product backlog considering business value, regulatory obligations, and security.
Govern demand intake, assessment and change governance for timely investments.
Lead and develop the Finance Systems product team with clear objectives and succession plans.
