Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Finance System administration, configuration, and third-party integrations.
• Hands-on experience with roles, permissions, page layouts, custom objects, SuiteScripts, workflows, reports, and dashboards.
• Proficiency in SQL, CSV imports, user provisioning, role definitions, analytics, JavaScript and script scheduling.
• Strong background in data analytics, reporting, and database management (SQL and NetSuite preferred).
• Familiarity with revenue recognition principles and financial reporting concepts.
• Strong understanding of business processes (O2C & P2P), system requirements, and financial reporting.
• Knowledge of the hire-to-retire process and system access management.
• Experience in project management, system implementation, and integrations.

This role will demonstrate strong influence and communications skills to collaborate internally with Finance, AP, AR and IT teams. The position will act as an advisor to the organization on system efficiency and effectiveness. The position will be the primary internal system admin and support contact for all finance systems in the Europe region including NetSuite, Zuora, Stripe, Zip, and others .
