Carta Financial Services Limited in London seeks a Senior Finance Systems Developer to lead the AI-enabled development, implementation, and maintenance of enterprise finance systems with a primary focus on NetSuite and Zuora. You will collaborate with Finance, AP, AR, and IT to optimize processes and drive system efficiency across Europe and beyond.

The role requires 5+ years in finance systems, strong SQL/JavaScript skills, and experience with SuiteScript, dashboards, and reporting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Finance System administration, configuration, and third-party integrations.
• Hands-on experience with roles, permissions, page layouts, custom objects, SuiteScripts, workflows, reports, and dashboards.
• Proficiency in SQL, CSV imports, user provisioning, role definitions, analytics, JavaScript and script scheduling.
• Strong background in data analytics, reporting, and database management (SQL and NetSuite preferred).
• Familiarity with revenue recognition principles and financial reporting concepts.
• Strong understanding of business processes (O2C & P2P), system requirements, and financial reporting.
• Knowledge of the hire-to-retire process and system access management.
• Experience in project management, system implementation, and integrations.

Responsibilities

• Drive AI adoption to optimize/redesign finance workflows and drive measurable impact.
• Design, implement, and maintain configurations and customizations of NetSuite, Zuora, Stripe, and related finance apps.
• Partner with users and stakeholders for data analysis, process mapping, and reporting needs.
• Manage system access and segregation of duties; ensure security and data integrity.
• Provide frontline support and training to finance users; monitor usage and performance.
• Oversee change management and release processes for finance applications.
• Keep knowledge up-to-date on system functionality, customization, and integrations.
