Job summary

Greater Manchester Mental Health NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Senior Finance Business Partner (AfC Band 8B) to work with clinicians and managers, offering constructive challenge and clear financial advice. You will lead planning, forecasting, business cases and resource optimisation across an allocated Care Group.

You will be a fully qualified CCAB/CIMA accountant with strong NHS finance knowledge and significant senior experience, delivering improvements in reporting and internal controls

Qualifications

Fully qualified CCAB or CIMA accountant with current professional membership.
Significant senior finance experience in a complex organisation.
Strong NHS finance knowledge and ability to advise on financial matters.

Responsibilities

Understand the NHS financial regime and contribute to the financial plan.
Provide expert finance advice to divisional colleagues and SMT members.
Lead and develop finance colleagues and drive improvements in reporting, analysis and controls.
