A leading recruitment agency is seeking an Associate Director – Finance Business Partner to impact decision-making at a European leadership level. The successful candidate will provide financial insights and support for business decisions, prepare financial commentaries, and model financial cases for product launches and expansions. Qualifications

• Fully qualified (CIMA, ACCA or ACA).
• FP&A expertise – budgeting, forecasting, analysis, modelling – in a large environment.
• Able to translate complex data into meaningful, actionable insight.

Responsibilities

• Act as single point of contact for the EVP of Sales providing financial advice.
• Prepare monthly financial commentaries and presentation packs.
• Manage annual business plan, strategic plan and forecast.
• Financial modelling for new product launches and expansion.
• Support the development of standard planning and reporting.
