Isomorphic Labs seeks a Senior Finance Business Partner (Clinical Development) to serve as the strategic finance partner for our Clinical Development team. You will manage financials for clinical work, lead budgeting and forecasting, and guide vendor negotiations across CROs and sites.

This is the Cambridge, MA-based finance lead role, collaborating closely with site leadership to advance our medicine-focused mission.

Qualifikationen

• Direct experience managing clinical development finances (CROs, sites) and FP&A/partnering within biotech or life sciences.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to build robust patient-driven financial models.
• Clear executive-level communicator for technical and non-technical audiences.

Aufgaben

• Serve as the primary finance partner for the Clinical Development team and provide strategic support.
• Lead end-to-end budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning for clinical studies.
• Partner with Clinical Operations and Procurement during vendor processes and P2P tasks.
• Deliver regular variance analyses and improve financial reporting workflows.
• Act as Cambridge site finance lead and collaborate with site leadership.
