Job summary

Selfridges in the United Kingdom seeks a Senior Accounts Processing Manager to lead AP, AR, concessions invoicing and expenses, owning end-to-end transactional finance and a large multi-team operation across Selfridges and the BTA outsourcing partner. You will drive Oracle EBS excellence, push automation and AI, maintain controls, and partner with the Finance Director on strategy and people development.

You will also plan for peak trading periods and nurture strong stakeholder relationships

Qualifications

• Finance qualification required (AAT or equivalent).
• Experience in transactional finance with strong controls.
• Proven ability to lead large teams and manage peak trading periods.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop four teams through their managers.
• Own end-to-end supplier invoice matching and payment process.
• Oversee collection and reconciliation of concession income and AR.
• Ensure efficient expenses processing with policy compliance.
• Maintain AP, AR and Expenses ledger integrity for month-end close.
• Provide outsourced AP/AR service to BTA and maintain Dublin relationship.
• Serve as Oracle EBS process owner and drive automation/AI initiatives.
• Maintain strong control environment and audit readiness.
• Plan resources for peak trading periods and fluctuations.
• Represent transactional finance in cross-functional forums.
