Job summary

Isles of Scilly Museum Association seeks a Finance and Operations Manager to support the Director and lead financial and operational functions during the transition to the new Museum and Cultural Centre.

You will oversee budget development, annual accounts, payments, fundraising support, reporting, IT and procurement, health and safety, and GDPR compliance, with the option to work remotely with regular visits to St Mary’s.

Qualifications

• Senior finance leadership role with significant operational responsibilities.
• Experience in financial stewardship and organisational improvement within a charity.

Responsibilities

• Budget development and management, annual accounts audit, processing payments, and reporting activities.
• Support fundraising, procurement, IT and software use, supplier management, and compliance with health and safety and GDPR.
