DDAT is recruiting two Senior Finance Officers to join its central team. The role reports to the Finance Manager and involves working with schools across Derbyshire and Derby City to monitor budgets and ensure financial procedures are followed.

Hybrid work from Bakewell Head Office, home, and DDAT schools is supported. The successful candidates will have experience in school/academy finance, provide guidance to School Business Managers, and handle a varied workload while delivering high-quality

Competenze

• Experience of working in a school or Academy senior financial role, or in a role working closely with schools.

Mansioni

• Support schools with monitoring of Academy budgets and ensure compliance with financial procedures.
• Provide sound financial advice to School Business Managers and Headteachers on finance.
• Assist and challenge senior colleagues and executive teams on all aspects of finance.
• Manage a complex and varied workload effectively.
• Be results-oriented and motivated to achieve goals.
• Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills with a range of stakeholders.
