Job summary

DDAT is seeking a Purchase to Pay Officer to join its central team. Based at Bakewell with hybrid working from home and opportunities to work across DDAT schools, the role will lead accounts payable and support the Trust’s procurement functions.

Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will design efficient controls and processes, manage a varied workload, and collaborate with senior colleagues to achieve timely payments and strong financial governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Purchase to Pay function across the Trust, ensuring efficient and compliant accounts payable processes.
• Support, challenge and coproduce with senior colleagues and executive teams.
• Design and implement efficient systems, controls and processes.
• Be results-oriented and driven to achieve goals.
• Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills when dealing with a range of stakeholders.
