Hydro International is seeking a Senior Finance Manager to lead all financial activities for the Services business in Clevedon, ensuring robust governance and insightful reporting. You will drive budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial support across the leadership team.

The role requires ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualification, strong accounting expertise, and excellent stakeholder communication. Opportunity to shape capital decisions within a global organisation.

Qualifications

• Qualified accounting designation (ACA/ACCA/CIMA).
• Strong financial accounting background and technical accounting expertise.
• Experience turning analytics into business insights and driving performance.
• Confidence influencing senior stakeholders and prioritising work in a fast paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead all financial activities for the Services business and provide insight to support growth.
• Own and improve financial controls and governance to ensure balance sheet integrity.
• Deliver monthly, quarterly and annual reporting with meaningful analysis.
• Coordinate budgeting and forecasting, challenging assumptions and driving accountability.
• Support statutory reporting, tax compliance and audit activities.
• Partner with senior leaders to drive financial performance and informed decisions.
• Develop business cases for capex and investments; contribute to ERP implementation.
• Manage and develop a high-performing Management Accountant.
