The role combines manufacturing finance, commercial insight, and business partnering, with hybrid working and collaboration across Langley and Weymouth.

• Qualified accountant with strong manufacturing experience.
• Experience delivering month-end close, reporting and KPI analysis.

Responsibilities

• Own key financial processes across two businesses.
• Lead month-end close, reporting and analysis.
• Deliver financial results and KPIs to Group.
• Provide commercial insight to bids, pricing and decisions.
• Lead cost accounting for manufacturing and R&D.
