Job summary

Sellick Partnership are partnering with a leading UK manufacturing business to recruit a Head of Finance (Commercial) based in West Yorkshire with hybrid working (2 days in office).

The role leads the Finance Business Partnering team, owns budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning, and provides commercial insight to senior stakeholders. It offers strategic influence and a clear path to leadership within a growing manufacturing group.

Qualifications

• Qualified ACA, ACCA or CIMA
• Significant senior finance leadership experience
• Manufacturing experience required

Responsibilities

• Acting as trusted financial advisor to senior operational and commercial leaders
• Leading and developing Finance Business Partnering team
• Owning budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning processes
• Delivering insightful financial reporting, KPI analysis and performance commentary
• Driving financial control, balance sheet governance and compliance
• Identifying risks and opportunities across revenue, margin and cost performance
• Leading finance transformation initiatives, including automation and process improvement
• Supporting investment appraisal, capital allocation decisions and working capital optimisation
• Deputising for the Finance Director where required
