Senior Finance Manager (Belfast/£65k)

HAYWARD HAWK are delighted to be exclusively recruiting a Senior Finance Manager for a growing, ambitious company based in Belfast. This is a new strategic role, reporting to the Head of Finance with ownership of key processes within the finance function.

The successful Finance Manager will help manage a small finance team and will help contribute to the continuous success of the business.

The Role:

• Perform commercial analysis to provide valuable insights and minimise risks
• Support new business opportunities
• Manage budgets
• Monitor day to day financial operations
• Review and prepare monthly and annual reports
• Year end audit process
• Undertake various project work as required
• Any other ad hoc duties as required

The Person:

• Qualified Accountant (CIMA/ACA/ACCA or equivalent)
• Strong IT skills, including use of Excel
• Strong leadership skills and previous management/supervisory responsibility.
• Strong experience of taking ownership and responsibility over tasks
• Ability to manage and meet multiple deadlines
