Stanford Real Estate Partners Limited, based in Manchester, seeks an experienced Senior Finance Manager to lead the finance function as the business grows. You will manage the finance team, oversee statutory and internal reporting, and contribute to refinancing and transformation projects.

The role reports to the Finance Director and requires a Qualified Accountant with extensive real estate sector experience, strong leadership, and high proficiency in Excel.

Qualifications

• Qualified Accountant with extensive experience in real estate finance.

Responsabilités

• Review and present monthly and quarterly management accounts.
• Oversee month-end closing processes and accuracy of ledgers.
• Produce and review regular cash flow projections and budgets.
• Lead VAT/CIS reviews and other statutory compliance matters.
• Coordinate audit activity and be primary contact for auditors and tax advisors.
• Mentor and develop finance team members to improve performance.
• Drive process improvements to increase efficiency.

Stanford Real Estate Partners are seeking an experienced Senior Finance Manager for a large Real Estate asset management business based in Manchester. The role will report to the Finance Director and take responsibility for the management and growth of the finance team and statutory and internal reporting, as the business grows, the individual will be involved in refinancing, project accounting and transformation projects.

Responsibilities will include:

Review and present monthly and quarterly management accounts

Reviewing all month end closing processes

Analytical review of key financial metrics

Ensure service charge accounting up to date and fully reconciled

Ensuring accuracy and integrity across finance ledgers

Production and review of regular cash flow projections

Key audit involvement, first point of contact with auditors, tax advisors and other service providers

Review of VAT/CIS and other statutory compliance

Review of quarterly distribution schedules

Developing and mentoring members of the finance team to improve skills and performance

Implementing process improvements to drive efficiencies

The successful candidate will be a Qualified Accountant with extensive experience within the real estate sector. You will have team management experience and will be able to work closely with senior directors. Excellent communication skills and good knowledge of Excel are a must.
