Qualifications

• Qualified Accountant from an audit background with several years PQE.
• Experience in property development, real estate, or project finance management.
• Strong Excel and financial modelling skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update project cashflows, including actuals, forecasts and variance analysis.
• Partner with budget holders to reforecast and monitor performance across projects.
• Lead monthly performance tracking, highlighting risks and variances.
