ABOUT THE ROLE
You will be responsible for the financial management and reporting of the organisation. You will also lead on the charity’s year-end accounts ensuring that financial statements are prepared in line with the latest SORP requirements, and liaising directly with the organisation's external auditors.
The main purpose of this role is to:
SALARY & BENEFITS
Salary: Grade 7.1 (Rest of country) £45,829 per year full time equivalent. Pro rata between £14,798 & £19,731. Annual increment increases are subject to satisfactory performance.
Contract: Permanent
Hours of work: Part time, 12-16 hours per week which can be discussed further (usually 4 hours per day over at least 3 days, two of which will start as Wednesday and Thursday in line with Accounts Clerk time in the office).
Annual leave: Full time equivalent is 25 days per annum plus pro rata statutory bank holidays plus an additional day for birthday. After every 2 years of service, you will receive an additional 1-day of annual leave, to a maximum of 30-days.
Pension: Pension: BPNA operates the NEST pension scheme. Employee contributions are 5%. Employer contributions are 7%.
