About the role…

Our Finance Team is expanding, and we have a new opportunity available for a Senior Finance Manager! In this role, you are an essential asset to our business. Reporting into the Financial Controller, you will oversee end-to-end finance operations, financial planning & analysis, balance sheet reconciliations, and identify opportunities to improve procedures & controls.

We are looking for an adaptable and efficient individual with a strong finance background. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to use their experience & initiative to implement processes, collaborate with key stakeholders, and support the development and progression of the team.

What you'll be doing:

• Monitor the day-to-day financial operations within the company
• Review financial data and prepare monthly and annual reports, providing key points and recommendations
• Establish and maintain financial policies and procedures for the company
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders, operational colleagues, and relevant departments
• Provide data-backed recommendations to support effective decision-making
• Ensure balance sheet reconciliations are prepared monthly, with all balances correct and differences investigated
• Seek out methods for minimizing financial risk to the company
• Participate in the year-end audit process for performance-related queries
• Undertake project work such as automation and systems (SAP/POS) improvement
• Oversee and produce the monthly Board Pack and Profit & Loss Account
