Position :Senior Finance Manager - Sales

Location : 17 EuropaView, Sheffield Business Park, S9 1HX

Contract type : 40hours

Rate : £57,450 per annum

This is anexciting opportunity to join a growing company as our new SeniorFinance Manager – Sales in Sheffield.

This isn’t just afinance role, it’s a key position where your expertise will contributeto our ability to provide outstanding care.

In this role,you’ll be responsible for producing costings for new business andarticulating these to funders.

You’ll report on key salesinformation by working closely with the Business Development Team andnegotiate with funders for changes in fees due to care need changes.

About the role

As a Senior FinanceManager with Exemplar Health Care, you’ll will work alongside thecurrent Senior Finance Manager and report to the Director ofCommercial Finance.

No two days will ever be the same, but yourday-to-day responsibilities will include:

• assisting theSales Ledger Team with debt over 90 days, liaising with LocalAuthorities and ICB’s to secure payments
• helping HomeManagers with any withdrawal/change of funding
• checkingcontractual documentation is accurate prior to legal signoff/admission
• ensuring reassessments are completed and costedcorrectly, obtaining relevant approval for implementation, liaisingwith Home Managers/funders to resolve any queries
• creatingcostings for new referrals to certify that they meet the currentacuity and are commercially viable
• conducting Teams meetingswith funders/referrers to articulate and explain costing model andassessment
• completing funder specific documentation requiredfor panels
• preparing costing models for individual homeinitiatives
• reporting on results of specific pricinginitiatives.

About you

• experience working with Local authority and Healthfunding authority - this is desired but not essential.
