Senior Finance Manager

Our client is seeking a Senior Finance Manager to join their dynamic team in Birmingham. Your responsibilities will include the production of month-end accounts and journals, managing monthly deliverables timetable, attending client meetings, and assisting with implementing controls/SOC reporting.

In the role of Senior Finance Manager, you will be instrumental in driving the financial success of our client's operations. Your primary responsibility will be managing the production of month-end accounts and journals, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. You will:

1. Manage monthly deliverables timetable
2. Attend Client meetings
3. Assist with implementing controls/SOC reporting
4. Promote efficient working practices through automation of routine tasks
5. Produce month end reporting for client in agreed formats on all financial activities on the portfolio of properties managed in a given period
6. Assist with client budgeting/forecasting requirements
7. Manage Client Accounting Team

As a Senior Finance Manager, you bring a wealth of experience in finance management along with your ACCA/CIMA/ACA qualification.

You will demonstrate:

1. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel - minimum level to include Pivots and advanced formulae
2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
3. The ability to multi-task and prioritise effectively
4. Excellent time management skills
