Job summary

Churchill Retirement Living seeks a Head of Finance to lead a dynamic finance team across multiple developments. You will drive financial strategy, oversee budgets, service charge accounts, and annual audits, and partner with the Group Finance function to share best practice.

With a recognised accounting qualification and advanced Excel, you will implement improved MI, support business decisions, and manage change across Ringwood and other sites.

Qualifications

• Strong people leadership and management skills.
• Advanced Excel skills and high proficiency with MS Office.
• recognised accounting qualification such as CIMA/ACCA or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a finance team across developments.
• Oversee corporate financial function and service charge accounts."
• Manage annual budgets and the annual audit process for over 200 developments.
• Provide management information to inform business decisions and drive efficiencies.
• Collaborate with Group Finance to share best practice.
