Responsibilities

• Own the full payroll cycle including PAYE and pensions.
• Lead month-end close including journals and reconciliations.
• Produce high-impact financial reporting with clear commentary.
• Manage cash flow forecasting and oversee receivables.
• Approve all financial outgoings and ensure compliance.
• Safeguard financial controls and lead finance meetings with stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within finance operations.
• Coach and develop the Finance Executive and Data team.
