Qualifications

• Experience within a SaaS, software, or technology-led business.
• Prior experience in a PE-backed or high-growth environment.
• Proven experience contributing to R&D tax credit claims.
• Strong technical accounting knowledge with excellent attention to detail.
• Confident stakeholder manager, able to work closely with senior leadership.
• Experience working with modern finance systems or ERPs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the group’s financial control function.
• Own the preparation and submission of R&D tax credit claims.
• Oversee the preparation of monthly management accounts.
• Ensure timely and accurate statutory reporting.
• Act as the key point of contact for external auditors.
• Manage cash flow forecasting and working capital.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to provide financial insight.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
• Drive continuous improvement across finance processes.
• Support M&A activity and post-acquisition integration.
