Job summary

AIM Fresh Resourcing Partners Ltd. is seeking an experienced Senior Finance Business Partner to support multiple sites with actionable financial insight.

You will partner with senior operations to drive margin, labour efficiency and cost recovery, and you will lead two Finance Business Partners. Reporting to the Finance Director, you will develop Power BI dashboards, deliver robust management information and challenge commercial assumptions to improve decision-making across the business.

Qualifications

• Strong FP&A and business partnering experience.
• Experience in product-based or operational environments (food/FMCG preferred).
• Advanced Excel modelling and reporting.
• Power BI dashboards development for stakeholders.
• Qualified accountant (CIMA/ACCA) or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior operations to review performance and support decisions.
• Analyze performance by site, customer and product to identify trends and risks.
• Review labour planning and data to improve efficiency and service.
• Monitor costs and reflect changes in forecasts and reports.
• Identify opportunities to improve cost recovery and protect margin.
• Develop Power BI dashboards and MI tools.
• Lead and develop two Finance Business Partners.
• Collaborate with Finance, Operations and Planning teams.
