Reporting directly to the Divisional Finance Director, you will lead a small team of Business Partners, providing strategic financial support and analysis. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Building and maintaining strong relationships with senior management, acting as a trusted advisor.
2. Identifying and driving cost-saving initiatives through construction project life cycles.
3. Producing detailed cost centre reports and variance analysis, presenting to various committees and stakeholders.
4. Leading the preparation of annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and ad-hoc financial outturns.
5. Providing continuous support to budget holders, ensuring financial understanding and accuracy.
