Michael Page is seeking a lead finance representative for the Projects division in the UK. You will partner with operational, commercial and delivery teams to drive performance, improve forecast accuracy and strengthen financial governance across a growing project portfolio.

You will shape forecasts, manage cash, govern projects and support strategic growth by collaborating with senior stakeholders to influence decisions and embed financial accountability.

Formación

• Significant Finance Business Partnering experience within projects, engineering, construction or infrastructure environments.
• The ability to explain financial data clearly and provide practical insight.
• Confidence working with stakeholders to understand plans and performance.
• Strong commercial awareness and a clear approach to financial analysis.
• Experience of project forecasting, cashflow forecasting, CVRs and EACs.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare budgets and forecasts that give leaders a reliable view of expected performance.
• Analyse financial results and explain key movements, trends and variances.
• Produce clear management reporting to support timely decision-making.
• Work closely with stakeholders across the business to understand financial performance.
• Translate complex financial data into practical insight for non-finance colleagues.
• Improve financial planning and reporting processes to maintain accurate and useful information.
• Provide commercial analysis that helps the business assess plans and priorities.

• Salary of 80,000 to 90,000, dependent on the level of experience.
