Qualifications

• Understanding of end-to-end finance process and support for streamlining activities.
• At least ten years of business or systems analysis experience in the insurance market, with Finance focus.
• Thorough understanding of insurance as a business.
• Demonstrable record of delivering business and technology change.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business teams to capture processes and identify optimisation and automation opportunities.
• Develop a comprehensive view of Finance requirements and data for outputs, including regulatory MI.
• Coordinate with other areas to deliver a cohesive business and Finance experience aligned with standards.
• Deliver business and systems analysis artefacts with a focus on business-side deliverables to enable strategic goals.
