Job summary

A well‑respected Insurance firm is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join their Change delivery team in the City of London. You will work across business and IT, translate business needs into technical requirements and help define test scenarios.

Key experience includes Lloyd's & London Market Insurance, stakeholder management, and delivery of systems solutions within change programmes. Agile, BPMN and API gateway concepts are valued, and professional BA qualifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in Lloyd's & London Market Insurance markets.
• Proven ability to define business and technical requirements.
• Experience delivering systems as part of change programmes.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of solution architecture including APIs and gateway messaging.
• Qualifications: BCS Diploma or IIBA certification preferred.
• Proficiency with BA methods, tools and processes.
