Key Responsibilities:

• Set up new supplier accounts and maintain existing ones.
• Daily invoice matching against worksheets and purchase orders.
• Perform daily and monthly supplier statement reconciliations.
• Post invoices and credit notes onto the ERP system accurately and promptly.
• Conduct monthly balance sheet reconciliations.
• Processing invoices, payments, and reconciling accounts.
• Managing accounts payable/receivable and maintaining financial records
• Assist with CIS VAT returns.
