    Manage a diverse portfolio of outsourcing clients across various sectorsPrepare monthly and quarterly management accountsOversee bookkeeping services and ensure accuracy of financial dataDevelop and maintain client relationships, acting as a trusted financial advisorAssist clients with budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow managementCoordinate with internal teams to provide comprehensive financial solutionsMentor and develop junior team members

Profile

    Nearly or newly qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or AAT)Minimum 3 years' experience in practiceStrong knowledge of UK accounting standards and tax regulationsOutsourcing experience desired but not essentialExcellent client communication and relationship management skillsExperience with cloud accounting software (Xero, QuickBooks, Sage)Ability to work independently while contributing to team objectivesStrong analytical and problem-solving skills
