Job summary

McLaren Automotive is seeking a Senior Finance Analyst for Product Development in Woking. You will partner with Engineering, Design, Launch, and Purchasing to optimise ROI and oversee financial business cases for vehicle programmes across gateways from concept to production.

Responsibilities include budgeting, month-end close, KPI reporting, and forecasting. Strong accounting qualifications and SAP/MS Excel skills are essential; automotive industry passion is a plus.

Qualifications

• Qualified Accountant or equivalent professional qualification.
• Ability to manage large data volumes and reporting.
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead business partnering for vehicle programmes and manage performance against targets.
• Assist in budget approvals and ensure capital spend controls.
• Produce monthly management accounts commentary and KPI reporting.
• Drive process improvements and provide tools to track progress against targets.
