Job Description:

Are you a commercially astute Finance Analyst or Finance Business Partner seeking to play a role in a thriving D2C function of a global apparel retailer?

Agora is partnering with a group behind many sportswear and clothing household names, who are global leaders and are investing heavily in expanding their D2C/ecommerce channels, the fastest growing area of the business.

This role is a comprehensive FP&A position where you will be involved in budgeting, forecasting, P&L analysis, and modeling, acting as a true business partner across digital marketing, operations, and commercial teams.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with marketing, operations, and commercial teams.
• Manage D2C P&Ls, providing analysis and commentary.
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Build financial models for scenario analysis and planning.
• Track performance, investments, and ROI on advertising spend.
• Identify growth opportunities and process improvements.
• Produce financial reports and dashboards.
• Support ad-hoc projects as needed.
• Collaborate with Management Accountants during month-end close.

Requirements:

• 4+ years experience in FP&A or Commercial Finance within retail or consumer sectors.
• Fully qualified (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA), finalist level considered.
• Extensive business partnering experience, especially with marketing, digital, and commercial teams.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills.
• Experience in ecommerce or digital-led businesses (e.g., marketplace or D2C).
