Legal & General (L&G) is recruiting a Senior Finance Analyst to join the Finance team in the UK. You will support financial planning, forecasting, reporting and analysis while driving data-powered insights and automation improvements to simplify finance processes.

The role suits someone analytical, collaborative and detail-oriented, with strong data skills. You’ll work with stakeholders across Finance, business units and technical teams, contributing to dashboards and packs that inform decisions

Qualifications

Proven experience in financial planning, analysis, reporting or MI.
Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and variances.
Excellent attention to detail and well-controlled outputs.

Responsibilities

Support financial planning, forecasting and reporting activities.
Prepare, review and explain financial data for stakeholders.
Review data exceptions and support month-end activity linked to AUM and flows.
Support monthly ANNR forecasting and distribution team data requests.
Identify opportunities to simplify, standardise and automate finance processes.
Collaborate with Data colleagues on automation projects, testing and implementation.
Maintain and improve reporting tools, dashboards and analysis packs.
Build trusted relationships across Finance, business stakeholders and technical teams.
