Senior Finance Analyst, ATS Surface Transportation

EU ATS Finance is growing rapidly, and we are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst passionate about reimagining the logistics industry. Key job responsibilities

1. Support financial operating planning, demonstrating financial acumen and adaptability to business needs.
2. Analyze ambiguous datasets to identify issues and uncover cost-saving opportunities.
3. Deliver results through strategic and tactical projects that enhance customer satisfaction and improve cost and performance management within ATS.
4. Identify and present opportunities for efficiency and savings in a fast-paced environment.
5. Define, as part of a multi-functional team, the optimal strategy for ATS third-party carrier cost management aligned with the long-term vision.
6. Build and maintain strong business partner relationships, leveraging data and influence.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, statistics, business, or related quantitative field, or equivalent experience.
• Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
• Experience in tax, finance, or analytical roles.
• Experience with accounts receivable or payable processes.
• Proficiency in applying KPIs to analyses.
• Experience in process improvements, automation, and analysis.
• Advanced SQL skills for data mining and business intelligence.
• Experience as a Lean Sensei or in Quality Assurance Engineering.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• MBA or CPA certification.
• Knowledge of Tableau.
• Experience in continuous improvement projects to enhance controllership.
• Experience with large-scale data tools (SQL, MS Access, Essbase, Cognos) and financial systems (Oracle, SAP, Lawson, JD Edwards).
