AXA Partners is seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Senior Finance Analyst to join our dynamic Technical Accounting team in Redhill. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to a supportive environment where your insights will impact our business significantly.

What You'll Do

• Lead the monthly production of balance sheet and profit & loss accounts.
• Support analytical review of accounts to provide insights.
• Produce accruals, pre-payments, and audit schedules.
• Prepare technical P&L reports by business line, including reinsurance.
• Oversee quarterly and Solvency II regulatory reporting.
• Submit reports via AXA’s consolidation system and ensure timely QRT submissions to PRA.
• Act as a key contact for audits.
• Produce Internal Control Reports and conduct testing.
• Collaborate with Risk and Internal Control teams.
• Create management information packs for senior decision-making.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Manage reconciliations.

Your Profile

• Experience in insurance sector financial reporting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proactive communication and team collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• Part-qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and grow.
