Senior Finance Analyst | Office Based, Blackburn | £36,500 - £42,000 (+ Study Support)

I am working with the financial controller of a large retail organisation, who is looking to recruit a Senior Finance Analyst due to recent promotions within the team. This organisation is a market leader within the retail industry, and has experienced significant growth with a 17% EBITDA in 2024. This growth is driven by strategic acquisitions, investments in key locations, and successful initiatives in product range optimisation and customer engagement.
Your new role
As a Senior Finance Analyst, you will be an integral part of the Country Finance Projects Team. You will support a variety of ongoing finance transformation projects, including system implementations and process improvements. Reporting directly to the Financial Controller, you will collaborate with experienced Senior Finance Managers and colleagues from across the business. This role is perfect for a qualified accountant looking to advance their finance career.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you should be a part-qualified accountant (ACCA/CIMA/ACA) with a strong willingness to learn and develop. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong data management skills are essential.
