Job Description:

Mission: In this role, you will be part of a customer-focused team dedicated to supporting our clients in the Smartspace line, reporting to the Services Operations Manager. The successful candidate will ensure that our customer’s control projects are managed, maintained, and upgraded where possible.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinate, prepare, and fault-find project solutions.
  2. Design and engineer building control and automation systems, supporting the broader team.
  3. Work with bus systems and technologies such as KNX, LON, BACnet, Modbus, & Tridium Niagara AX, with development to StruxturWare, Wiser for KNX.
  4. Build and maintain systems software and configurations (ETS).
  5. Deliver training to customers and team members.
  6. Participate in smaller projects, scheduling equipment, pre-configuring, and preparing documentation.
  7. Liaise with customers regarding queries.
  8. Draw and design with AutoCAD, updating schematics, layouts, and topology drawings as needed.

Skills and Attributes:

  • Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
  • Related work experience in a similar role.
  • Strong customer relationship skills and collaboration.
  • Proficient in KNX, DALI Control, Tridium AX/N4; knowledge of LON, C-Bus, Modbus, Niagara AX, PME, PSO, StruxturWare is desirable.
  • Ability to commit and follow through.
  • Fluency in English (written and verbal).
