Job summary

Sanctuary Housing Association has a Service Delivery Manager role in Rochford, Essex. Qualifications

• ILM membership or equivalent leadership qualification
• NVQ Level 3 in a core trade subject or working towards
• Evidence of driving licence to operate company vehicles

Responsibilities

• Lead 15–20 multi-trade operatives to deliver repairs and maintenance in Essex
• Ensure compliance with Building Safety and other statutory requirements
• Audit documentation and oversee self-delivery and subcontract works
• Provide technical support to field engineers and improve efficiency
• Review weekly paperwork and certifications for quality and compliance
• Respond to customer complaints to meet service specifications
• Recommend improvements to H&S and systems to mitigate risk
